I moved Jason to the assembly line after the fight

I am in charge of a crew that works at the plant from 11:00 at night until 7:00 in the morning.

I used to work day until a couple of years ago.

My boss offered me a huge bonus for taking the night shift plus a couple of dollars more each hour. Since I’m not married and I don’t have any kids, I decided to move to night shift for the extra money. Shortly after I took over, I had a couple of problems with some of the guys in the assembly line. The guys in the assembly line are in charge of making 3 ft boxes out of flexible stainless steel rebar tie wire. The guys use the flexible stainless steel rebar tie wire as well as double loop wire ties to create 3 ft boxes that are made of metal. These three foot boxes of stainless steel rebar tie wire and double loop wire ties are made for fishing. The traps are most commonly used for crabs, but some people use these boxes for other applications. A couple of nights ago, I heard a commotion on the assembly line. Jason and Jack were fighting and the argument was very loud. I could hear both of the guys yelling and screaming as soon as I opened the door to the room where they were working. I couldn’t leave the two guys working in the same building after the argument, so I moved Jason off of the assembly line after the fight. He wasn’t very happy with the new job, but I wasn’t very happy that I had to break up a fight between two grown men at work.
