I am in charge of a crew that works at the plant from 11:00 at night until 7:00 in the afternoon.
I used to work afternoon until a couple of years ago.
My boss offered myself and others a huge bonus for taking the night shift plus a couple of dollars more each hour. Since I’m not married and I don’t have any kids, I decided to transport to night shift for the extra currency. Shortly after I took over, I had a couple of problems with some of the gentlemen in the assembly line. The gentlemen in the assembly line are in charge of making 3 ft boxes out of bendy stainless steel rebar tie wire. The gentlemen use the bendy stainless steel rebar tie wire plus double loop wire ties to create 3 ft boxes that are made of metal. These 3 foot boxes of stainless steel rebar tie wire and double loop wire ties are made for fishing. The traps are most commonly used for crabs, however some people use these boxes for other applications! Very few of nights ago, I heard a commotion on the assembly line, and jason and Jack were fighting and the fight was easily loud. I could hear both of the gentlemen yelling and screaming as soon as I opened the door to the room where they were working. I couldn’t leave the several gentlemen working in the same building after the fight, so I moved Jason off of the assembly line after the fight! He wasn’t easily glad with the current job, however I wasn’t easily glad that I had to break up a fight between several grown men at work.
