I was just getting out of our car and getting a bin of groceries out of the car when a lady parked behind myself and others in our driveway… She got out of her car and gave to help myself and others carry the groceries into the car.
She handed myself and others her supplier card and said she was a current realtor and would appreciate to sell our house for me.
I hadn’t been planning on selling our house. She took the other bin of groceries from the car and followed myself and others up the walkway. She kept talking about how beautiful our house was and how it must be even nicer inside. I enjoyed our house, and our husband and I had spent a lot of money remodelling it to be what every one of us wanted, however when she walked in the door, her jaw dropped open and she set the groceries on the marble sink counter. She told myself and others she could sell our house separate from cleaning it and kept looking around. She said she didn’t suppose how to price the house and would appreciate to bring another realtor with her to look at the house, but an hour later, I had a fourth realtor in our home. She said the house was priceless and asked who the potential client was. I told them our house wasn’t for sale until the fourth realtor told myself and others what she could get for the house. I told her I would talk to our husband, but she would need to have a client before every one of us said yes. A week later, every one of us sold our house separate from cleaning it, bought a house and turned it into a dream home, and put cash into the bank.
