I was just getting out of our car and getting a bag of groceries out of the car when a guy parked behind myself and others in our driveway; She got out of his car and provided to help myself and others carry the groceries into the car.
She handed myself and others his corporation card and said he was a new realtor and would like to sell our loft for me… I hadn’t been planning on selling our house.
She took the other bag of groceries from the car and followed myself and others up the walkway. She kept talking about how charming our loft was and how it must be even nicer inside. I enjoyed our house, and our partner and I had spent a lot of currency remodelling it to be what the people I was with and I wanted! When he walked in the door, his jaw dropped open and he set the groceries on the marble sink counter. She told myself and others he could sell our loft without cleaning it and kept looking around. She said he didn’t know how to price the loft and would like to bring another realtor with his to look at the house… An minute later, I had a minute realtor in our home. She said the loft was priceless and asked who the potential shopper was. I told them our loft wasn’t for sale until the minute realtor told myself and others what he could get for the house. I told his I would talk to our partner, but he would need to have a shopper before the people I was with and I said yup. A month later, the people I was with and I sold our loft without cleaning it, bought a loft and turned it into a dream home, and put cash into the bank.
