I’d be living with the upheaval plus mess. After all that, there was no guarantee the sale would go through. I became so nervous with the ordeal that I turned to a money home buyer. I contacted a local Jacksonville company that is family-owned. I was able to fill out an online contact form at my convenience. Once I submitted the inquiry, I had a money offer in less than twenty-four hours. Because the money offer was for the dwelling in as-is condition, it was adequate. I avoided all of those repairs.
